Prince Troncoso – President & Lead Curator

With over 25 years of experience as a master miniature artist, sculptor, and diorama designer, Prince leads the museum’s creative direction. He oversees exhibit creation, layout design, educational curriculum, and hands-on classes. His vision shapes the museum’s artistic and educational mission.

Firuza Troncoso – Treasurer & Operations Manager

Firuza manages the museum’s daily operations, community outreach, social media, marketing, class scheduling, and program coordination. She ensures the museum runs smoothly and continues to grow as a welcoming, family-centered environment.

Jade Jones – Secretary

Jade provides administrative oversight, maintains organizational records, and ensures board governance is transparent and effective. Her attention to detail helps keep the museum strong and well-organized.
