Space may be limited, so advance registration is encouraged. To register, simply open the event below and follow the registration instructions. For events co-sponsored by the Watauga County Public Library, registration may be handled through the library.

Fairy Fantasy Workshop
Step into a magical world of creativity and build your own miniature fairy scene in this free, family-friendly workshop. Participants will learn simple miniature-making techniques while creating a whimsical keepsake to take home.

Tiny Trees, Big Imagination - June 24, 2026
Our Tiny Trees, Big Imagination workshop was the first free miniature-making event hosted by Escape Reality Museum in partnership with the Watauga County Public Library.
Children and families learned the fundamentals of miniature tree making using simple materials and creative techniques while designing their own unique miniature trees to take home. The workshop encouraged creativity, imagination, fine motor skills, and artistic expression in a fun and welcoming environment.
We are grateful to the Watauga County Public Library for co-sponsoring this community event and helping us provide free arts education to families throughout the High Country.

Workshop Highlights of June 24th,2026
Our first free miniature workshop at the Watauga County Public Library welcomed families and young creators from the High Country for an afternoon of hands-on miniature tree making. Participants learned new creative techniques, explored the art of miniatures, and took home their own handmade creations.
